A comfortable overnight stay.

Liked: The hotel is close to the airport terminals at Toronto International Airport. Check in was smooth and efficient and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom was very noisy so we had to switch it off so we could sleep.Some adult guests in the breakfast room were walking about in their pajamas. Surely a dress code could have been enforced as guests were met as they entered the breakfast room.

Liked: I love the location, the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff
Disliked: The bed is just way too soft and my air conditioning ran so loudly. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Also would be nice if the washroom had a better door, a fan and a better location for the light switch.

Convenient but not comfortable

Disliked: It needs some renovations. The driver of the Free shuttle ask money for each suitcase you carrying

Too expensive for what it...

Liked: Room was clean. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Room barely had a window and the blinds didn’t cover it. The room felt underwhelming - the microwave just sat on the mini fridge like an afterthought (super cheap looking). Surprise costs. Breakfast was in fact only included for 2, not everyone in the room (an additional $25 per person per day) plus $30 per day parking. To top it off, at check in we found out our reservation had been cancelled, even though I received confirmation emails that morning. So not worth the price.

Liked: We were given a high level room as we had requested, if available.
Disliked: The room was so cool when we arrived that we had to turn the air conditioning off! The room was quite comfortable with the AC off during our entire stay.

Liked: Close location to the airport. Free Shuttle bus from and to the airport was great.
Disliked: Seems the towels smells not great but otherwise our stay was fine.

Clean hotel, decent breakfast, comfy...

Liked: Everything you expect from an airport hotel. Close to airport, clean room, decent breakfast, comfy beds
Disliked: Received an email from the hotel through booking.com stating where to collect the hotel shuttle and it had outdated information on it. We gotto the spot and it seemed no one was there at all so we checked the website and it was incorrect as well. Called the hotel phone and got an automated message about the pickup spot and it was also incorrect. Apparently the location has been changed for a while but none of the info was updated. This caused us to miss a shuttle and have to wait 30 minutes longer for a new one (at 11:00pm when I just wanted to get my kids to bed) when finally an airport staff member finally told us the information we had been provided was incorrect. When I told them about their incorrect info at check-in I got a weak, "Oh, sorry about that", and then the staff moved on, with clearly no intention of correcting it, or informing anyone that it was wrong, or doing anything to make sure others didn't encounter the same issue. Arriving at 11pm with two kids and then having to run all over the airport because of this mistake was really not cool and I hope they will correct the information soon to make sure no one else has to deal with it.
