Good

Disliked: We stayed for 1 night and had to leave early but we were not allowed to take the complimentary breakfast with us. If you stay there it should matter where your eating the breakfast, you should be able to take it to go.

Okay for a short stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the sheets were nice. The breakfast was delicious, the eggs with spinach and tomatoes with the hollandaise sauce was a favorite. Location is very convenient, either to stay by the airport to catch the next flight or to commute to downtown Toronto.
Disliked: The carpet in the room felt old and dirty. The room was a bit small, outdated and it was dark. We had an in-tub shower combo, and it was not cleaned properly, the nooks and the sides were still dirty. We were missing towels. Towels looked old.

Disliked: Holiday Inn Shuttle from Toronto Pearson International Airport did not have a lift for passengers using wheelchairs so I had to take an Uber instead.
