Disliked: the facilities that said that were a ai le weren’t really like the spa where you needed to pay and there was never any mention of that before. The fact that breakfast and parking were also not included was not appreciated. it was mentioned in the booking parking was included never that i should pay 30$ per day.

The pool was great! Kid...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the little Bistro was so convenient for meals especially with kids.
Disliked: Could have been alittle more clean. There were some dirty dishes that stayed in the hallway for 3 nights we were there.

Liked: Rooms are comfortable enough and spacious enough you don't feel like you need to leave the bed.
Disliked: Noisy AC and being unable to close curtains mean sleep is not easy to come by, without using ear plugs and a blind fold.

Great Location, Great price and...

Liked: Breakfast was great and our server Chiaro was realy helpful
Disliked: It was unfortunate that there was a Fire Alarm requiring a full evacuation of the hotel at 2am in the morning ( not great after 3 hours sleep and jet lag) there was no information at the time from hotel staff and no apology provided. whilst safety was the priority communication was overlooked.

Liked: The shittle and train system to union was very helpful. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. I found a kids toy behind my bed. There was a lot of dust and found food on floor as well. There was no bedding available for the pullout couch. They did find is a blanket but it was not clean. The fire alarm was set off at 210 am and we all had to go outside.
