Decent overnight hotel for the...

Liked: The indoor pool area was nice. Water was warmish but not cold. The hotel is only minutes away from YYZ. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. I had the chicken burger and it was the best one I've had (the meat was soo tender and juicy). Ankur was great help on check-in as we were able to get an early check-in.
Disliked: The floors inside the room need replacing as it appears that cheap flooring was used. Edges were warpiing and boards separating, causing gaps and potential for hurting your bare feet. Carpets in the hallway (9th floor) were in dire need of a vacuum. The lobby, and restaurant level was clean though.

Liked: Bright and spacious, nicely decorated, restaurant on site. Friendly staff always ready to help and easy to find.
Disliked: Very loud at times, you can hear all the cars on the highways near by even when trying to sleep.

Our stay was great overall.

Liked: We had supper there. The service and food was excellent. The rooms were very quiet, we were never disturbed by noise once!! The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The first room was perfect, the second night the flooring in our room had gaps and swelling. Nothing too serious though.

Poor Hotel management

Liked: Nothing at all, the hotel is not managed to serve the needs of customers.
Disliked: Poorly trained employee under great pressure at work,, trauma-inducong leadership

Liked: We liked the affordability and the free shuttle to the airport I also appreciated the quick check in for IHG members
Disliked: The room was cold however, had to go downstairs to ask for a 2nd blanket as the phone from our room didn't connect
