Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: Got stuck in elevator between floors. Scary! Coffee in restaurant was undrinkable.

Overall, it was a decent, safe hotel if you are on a mid range budget. Don't expect to save too much money, though, because it's downtown Toronto.
Liked: It's clean; there are tons of restaurants within walking distance that are open late; elevators work; good customer service; comfortable bed; the rooms, bathrooms and lobby were aesthetically pleasing.
Disliked: The entrance to the parking garage is dangerously narrow; there's no pickup/drop off area; breakfast is not included with every room.

We spent the weekend at the hotel and it was clean, room service was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints with anything!
Liked: The service and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Would recommend it to anyone!

Liked: Staff at reception were helpful and welcoming. Room perfect and calm.
Disliked: Late check out, after 12.00 p.m., is charged 15$ per hour.

Need to have parking included in the price and needs a microwave in rooms. Exellent service and staff, great maid service. Friendly and gay positive staff.
