Overall, it was a decent, safe hotel if you are on a mid range budget. Don't expect to save too much money, though, because it's downtown Toronto.

Liked: It's clean; there are tons of restaurants within walking distance that are open late; elevators work; good customer service; comfortable bed; the rooms, bathrooms and lobby were aesthetically pleasing.
Disliked: The entrance to the parking garage is dangerously narrow; there's no pickup/drop off area; breakfast is not included with every room.

We spent the weekend at the hotel and it was clean, room service was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints with anything!

Liked: Staff at reception were helpful and welcoming. Room perfect and calm.
Disliked: Late check out, after 12.00 p.m., is charged 15$ per hour.

Need to have parking included in the price and needs a microwave in rooms. Exellent service and staff, great maid service. Friendly and gay positive staff.

Superb

Liked: Great location downtown. Close to TTC stations. I have stayed in this hotel in the past. Well maintained and with prices in downtown hotels constantly on the rise , good value .

Disliked: Room. Tiny room, tiny window with no natural light. Door did not bolt. Very expensive for what I was provided for as a service.

Disliked: Non-transparent return of deposit money. I have not received my deposit of about 250 CAD, 30 days have passed and the money is still not refunded!
