Very poor
Disliked: they overcharged me for a second room after moving me from one hotel to another and did not recognize the mistake until i called because the charges showed up on my card

Disliked: "The reservation was canceled, and I was moved to the Crown Plaza, where I was fully charged. My card is still blocked for an amount higher than what I paid. This has been a very bad experience."

Loved this hotel
Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. It was new, clean, excellent service, great amenities, the breakfast was delicious!

NOT GOING BACK!!!
Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: It was too many people just lurking around my room every time I left out of my hotel room someone was standing by door if I sneezed someone could hear me in the hallway it wasn’t a pleasant experience not going back there….. police were at the hotel every day homeless people stayed in the parking lot and trash was in the parking lot bad.

Good place to stay before...
Liked: The room was very comfortable and shuttle to airport worked well
Disliked: The external appearance was not great and the corridors need a paint/ revamp.

Would not recommend
Liked: Not much, since they send me to another hotel
Disliked: When I arrived, they first took my info like a normal check in. Then they proceeded to tell me I can’t stay at the hotel for some unclear reason and they will send me elsewhere. I said I was going to have dinner at the adjoined restaurant with friends and the staff member who was helping me said I could stay for that and then they would arrange taxi for me. Another staff member comes up and hears that, and says ‘Well, can’t the friends drive you?’ in quite a rude way. I tell him no they can not, and then ask where they will send me. He just says ‘South’ in a cold tone and walks away. They also wanted to keep my passport and didn’t transfer my breakfast booking to the new hotel and now I had to pay for breakfast again since they wouldn’t pick up the phone to confirm that to the new hotel. Staff could really try to be a bit more kind and helpful.
