Liked: The professional manner the manager handled this.
Disliked: We did not stay here. When we arrived the hotel had a large number of security personnel both inside and out of the building, surrounding a group of individuals who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and drink. The manager greeted us and suggested we did not stay there due to security issues. He had us relocated to Holiday Inn Express South at no extra cost and covered the cost of the transport to the new venue. This hotel was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Great breakfast at Perkins
Liked: Room is nice and beds are very comfortable Perkins restaurant breakfast is tasty and Mandy is the restaurant is a great waitress, happy, helpful and kind.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had no hot water for showers in the morning (not want you want after long travel day)The entry way had many people smoking outside and their were security guards stationed at the hotel - outside and in the hallway$20CAD to park the car

Liked: The facility was excellent
Disliked: The reception staff at the time of checking was very rude. No Smile at all. She goofed up my payment process. First she said my card is not working. Tried another card. But later she found that the first Card itself is working fine. Then she was dictating something about the usage of trolley!! Very strange. She has given me a room-card for, I think, room 247. We wient upstairs and tried to open this room. Surprisingly there was somebody inside the room and they opened the door and scolded us for the attempt to trespass. Then we went down again to the receptionist and she said it is a "small mistake"!!! Then she has given us another room-key-card and finally it worked. I never had such a bad experience. Also during checkout they did not give me a bill. I do not know they refund the deposit amount of CAD 100.
