Would not recommend

Liked: Not much, since they send me to another hotel
Disliked: When I arrived, they first took my info like a normal check in. Then they proceeded to tell me I can’t stay at the hotel for some unclear reason and they will send me elsewhere. I said I was going to have dinner at the adjoined restaurant with friends and the staff member who was helping me said I could stay for that and then they would arrange taxi for me. Another staff member comes up and hears that, and says ‘Well, can’t the friends drive you?’ in quite a rude way. I tell him no they can not, and then ask where they will send me. He just says ‘South’ in a cold tone and walks away. They also wanted to keep my passport and didn’t transfer my breakfast booking to the new hotel and now I had to pay for breakfast again since they wouldn’t pick up the phone to confirm that to the new hotel. Staff could really try to be a bit more kind and helpful.

Exceptional

Liked: Every ink was all good.Was the host hotel for the 2025 ontario adaptive championship. So the host's location had all the evacuees for the wildfires, so everyone else had to get transferred to the holiday in airport itself. Deserves the front desk. Everything was beyond expectations. I'd highly recommend to anyone putting on an event or whatever holiday both the holiday inns on Dixon road are beyond expectations.

Liked: The overall impression of the hotel and the room was nice, the breakfast was big and delicious
Disliked: The staff at the front desk could be more welcoming, for sure, the parking would be included, instead, I had to pay 25 each day

Everything was great!

Disliked: I wish the AC was turned on prior cause even while we were there it never got cold enough. It was sooo hot and humid outside I’m sure that didn’t help loln

Liked: The rooms were nice and spacious. Moved to a room with running water to accommodate us
Disliked: Fridge was a little dirty, had to make our own beds??? There was no water in parts of the hotel until 5pm the day we checked in.
