Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was clean. Bed was wonderful - most comfortable night's sleep I've had in a while!

Disliked: Not sure how this hotel has this high of ratings. Would not recommend!!!Dirty room carpet, small bathrooms, the hallways and general room feel was of a motel. By the morning, I had a headache and allergy like symptoms from the environment. It looked like the guy at the reception was the only one working the whole building as it took over 2 hours and multiple calls to the front desk to get a set of bedding for the sofa bed. Needless to say, will never be staying here again.

Liked: The location was great right off the turnpike. It was also close to food options if one didn’t want to dine in the hotel restaurant. The hotel felt spacious and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and responsive.
Disliked: It felt extremely humid inside the entire hotel. The lobby felt as if you were standing in the pool room. The upstairs halls were equally humid and warm. Our room also felt very moist. I’m not sure if the air conditioner had been off for a while or if there was an excessive amount of moisture used when cleaning, but the floor, bed, sheets, and air all felt very moist and when we turned on the AC the air had a musty smell.

A good place for a...

Liked: A place to lay your head for the night. It was clean, service was friendly, and the location was convenient. I stayed here with my young son after a trip to Cedar Point and it was affordable and perfect for our needs. It was not a "destination" but a place to stay along our route.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
