Liked: The room and the staff were excellent.

Liked: Clean and tidy and great location.
Disliked: Needs lights for the code to access the arena.

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: It’s comfortable, nice rooms and beds, huge tvs, great pool, bar and breakfast. Unusually located in some sort of family paradise park land area with all kinds to do with kids.
Disliked: Nothing much!

Disliked: The noise, properly was being upgraded however this was not made clear at time of booking, rooms should have been updated years ago re worn dated and unhygienic bathrooms sealant should be replaced as a basic standard in an establishment such as this

Liked: Location, friendly staff, clean room, nice shower, breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool / spa area. Large free parking area.
Disliked: I found the bed quite uncomfortable as I like a medium to firm mattress. My son who slept in the second double bed has also told me since we got home that he thought the bed was too hard.

Liked: The facilities flow seamlessly from the car park to reception to in house facilities. The room was actually above expectations and fully facilitated for my mobility needs.
Disliked: Nothing of any significance.
