Liked: The room and the staff were excellent.

Liked: Clean and tidy and great location.
Disliked: Needs lights for the code to access the arena.

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: The fact that we were paying the same amount despite all the renovations going on along my corridor.. some discount should have been affordedAlso annoying man in jacuzzi who would not stop talking to me even though I strongly hinted I did not want to talk soI had to get out and this spoiled my experience

Liked: The room was spacious and clean ( bathroom probably could have done with being check!) the room was air conditioned which was fabulous given the hot weather and it was value for money.
Disliked: I would like to stress the staff on a whole were great. However I didn’t appreciate while dining watching what I can only assume was a senior member of staff berating the younger ones in the middle of the restaurant. I appreciate younger staff member need to be given direction and maybe reprimanded at times but do this somewhere private not in the middle of a quiet restaurant. As a result the younger members were quite disgruntled afterwards and as they were being told off collectively I the few tables in the restaurant were not getting the attention and were waiting for drinks orders and plates to be cleared.
