Liked: Good location, with lots of facilities .The staff were very friendly and helpful . The restaurant was superb with an excellent menu
Disliked: Lots of building work being carried out, the room was an accessible one which was tired and the bed was very hard

Disliked: Leisure facilities - Pool booking system too restrictive for a hotel paying guest. We were staying for the British Championships and also treating the weekend as a little holiday so expect to be able to use all the facilities, all day long while open.

Disliked: Air con and tele not working in first room. Got quickly swopped. Bathroom dirty in second room, matted hair in bath plug hole and black mold on bath grout. No plugs by beds.
