Never stayed in a Hotel Inn before, so didn't know what to expect. Loved this hotel as soon as we walked in. It looked lovely; all the staff were so friendly; my 8 year old daughter had a great time - she loved the Easter egg hunt. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Disability Friendly

Liked: Excellent disability access. The room was spacious and the door stayed open when you went in disabled bathroom off the bar. Very welcoming staff.

Wouldn’t hurry back

Liked: Breakfast was good - lots of it and varied.Check in staff very good.
Disliked: Small room … towel v old and hard- single occupancy not acknowledged… pool jacuzzi OK … - but dinner was poor - service not fab and food average - would have sent back as not cooked through but sadly could find no one to tell .. Walked in through a fog to main reception as smoking area right by the door - !!.. picnic tables buried in area outside that was very overgrown and not inviting..

Liked: I was very happy with a lot of things about our stay- staff lovely and helpful; food nice; serice good; breakfast great; pool and hot tub fab and location was great for our planned walks/sightseeing.

Liked: Bed was huge. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly & efficient. Breakfast was very good. Check-in & out times were great. Choice of pillows. Everything very clean. Great facilities including pool, sauna & hot tub. Given the very reasonable cost, this was excellent value.
Disliked: Nothing at the price - but would have liked an earl grey tea bag in the room and the toilet paper could have been better. Very small things and not relevant at the price. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Room looked quite tired and out of date compared to other brands. No usb charging points in the room, tv was glitching in sound and picture quality, worst of all the bed was really not comfortable and the mattress obviously has not been replaced for a very long time as was collapsed on one side.Went to complain several times but the reception desk was quite often unmanaged. There was a bell to call staff, but at one point there were two or more guests in front of me and we waited for over then minutes for a member of staff to turn up. When they did they were great, but hotel is obviously stretching its employees.
