Great place to stay if...

Liked: Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff friendly and accommodating. Lobby and room very clean and felt safe there. Across the street from USF campus which was the reason I was in town.
Disliked: Wish the facility served lunch too.

For the price it was...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast. Location was perfect for my needs.
Disliked: My room had a strange odor. Also that no shuttle service to nearby hospital is provided

Liked: It was very close to Busch Gardens and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: We got one of the suites and the purpose to pay for the upgrade is for a little nicer and comfort than the average room. Well, our room was not so much. Our first night was horrible due to the fact the room sits right next to the elevator and exactly where the bedroom is. The elevator was so loud that it would screech and literally shake the room. And we had to endure this every time someone went up and down all night long. My husband nor I got a good nights sleep. Then had to be ready to take the kids to Busch Gardens the next day. The only reason this review gets a decent score is because of the staff. Francisco and Sarah went out of there way to accommodate us by moving us to a new room on a different floor and being extremely helpful. The second room was also next to the elevator and still was a bit noisy but not as bad. Overall, those two were great. Moving forward I would probably book here again due to the location and the staff, but would not get the suite.
