Liked: I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since it’s opening. It’s a reasonably priced hotel in a good location and the staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully maintained and inviting.
Disliked: The cleanliness and maintenance of a facility are extremely important to me. This hotel is beginning to physically show its popularity. The carpeting and upholstered furniture looks as though they’ve been forgotten and gone without a good shampoo in quite some time. The rooms smell, I first noticed this change on a visit about six months ago. Fixtures are showing the wear and impact of frequent visitors. I understand that the hospitality industry is facing a shortage of staff that impacts many of issues I’ve raised so my reviews is tempered by that understanding.

Liked: Clean and great location. Staff was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our first room was broken and we had to move rooms at about 1030 PM. The second room was great; nice and cold.
