Overall enjoyed it, small things...

Liked: Comfortable bedding. Clean facilities. 2 lots of pillows with different firmness. Polite cleaning staff. Two access cards for the bedroom. Front desk area has a small coffee station and snack area available for purchase. Nice little lounge area at the front. Very close to the buffet restaurant next door. Admin area was warm (nice entering the building during winter)
Disliked: The provided Body wash, hand lotion, conditioner and shampoo was made out of roots/veges. Did not smell nice, particularly the body wash which was made of parsley - makes you smell literally like the garnish. Kale shampoo wasn’t too bad, but nonetheless odd selection. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste offered in the bathrooms. They gave a kettle and two mugs + glasses but there were no saucers/plates or bowls. Front desk staff could be more friendly. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in or out. Only say hello when approached.
