Good stay but could have...

Liked: Clean rooms and accommodating staff
Disliked: Lack of toiletries like toothpaste, brush etc. No complimentary drinking water except for the initial two bottles for a family of 4. No luggage support, or trolley. We had to drag our luggage to the room via lifts with our two children in tow. Just a few choices in the buffet breakfast. Very basic for a 4 star hotel.
