Disliked: A small thing biut dirty cushions on restaurant verandah seats and seats too low for eating at the table.

Disliked: Wasn't happy with the car park fee $40 1 night......not happy .

Great airport location.

Liked: Good breakfast choices but the standout was the fantastic service and attentiveness from staff!
Disliked: No pool! Fuzzy instructions for parking.

Liked: Bed is very comfortable.
Disliked: Hygine is a problem since I can still see food crumber on the bedside and several water marks. The shuttle bus service is not free and charged more than using taxi directly for 3 ppl. When we entered the room, the TV is still on which is kind of creepy. The reception refused to register my IHG member cuz I use my huby's Bookings to book. There was no such thing with my previous experience in other IHG member hotel. But seems ok for them to mixed up my husband's first and last name. Text book representation of double standards.

Liked: Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. staff were friendly overall
Disliked: Check in at 2pm but room was not ready till 4pm. Did not get any room service for 4 night stay, had to ask for room service, all they did was fold up our used towels and made 1 bed out of 2. Did not refil any consumables, coffee, milk etc.
