Easy access, clean and helpful...

Liked: Easy access and close to local activities we wanted. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a good choice each day.
Disliked: Was disappointed that the pool was out of order during our stay. Which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Disliked: The contactless didn’t always work at the bar which was frustrating

Lovely stay, with great staff....

Liked: Room was clean and fresh when we arrived. Staff were amazing and very helpful. A good breakfast in the morning was received, excellent value for money. A good range of drinks and food choices in the restaurant.
Disliked: This is more on booking.com - When we made the booking, the booking.com website mentioned a pool and children could use, this was one of the reasons for booking the hotel. However after the booking confirmation was received, I received an email from booking.com that the pool was closed due to building work. Which was disappointing and not good from booking.com. Why advertise a swimming pool and then tell clients after the booking is made that the pool is closed.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Clean room and lovely staff. Breakfast buffet was also fine. Coffee not great.
Disliked: Booked because of the pool but it was closed. Not informed until it was too late with a non refundable booking.
