Very good

Liked: I absolutely adored the staff here. I would like to especially give my thanks to Ashley at front desk who went above and over with her efforts to help me out. I forgot an important work notebook at the reception area and left the city, but she helped me massively by scanning each and every page of the note book and sending it via email. This was a favour I will never forget.

Overnight stay

Liked: Daytime reception staff really nice and friendly as were breakfast staff. Lovely bar area. Comfortable bed. Great location
Disliked: Nighttime bar/reception person was miserable

Mixed - some bits good...

Liked: Modern, clean and well maintained. Close to train station and Empire Theatre. Most staff very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great. Buffet style so quality of cooked breakfast depends how long it has been lying out for. The cooked items were very greasy. Music from the pub below can be heard in the bedroom. Instructions for the air-conditioning would be helpful. Didn't realise it was switched off and the room got too hot overnight and made it difficult to sleep.

Most awful experience i can...

Liked: Breakfast was poor at vest - poorly set up and poorly maintained by the staff
Disliked: Better quality of food. Better quality of looking after by the team
