Excellent hotel

Liked: it's a value for money for the hotel but we did not sign up when we book for the breakfast which is much cheaper.

Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn

Liked: The hotel was clean, spacious, and peacefully quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I wanted to extend checkout for another night, they managed to move things around and do it where we could keep our rooms and not have to change rooms. All facilities provided and in good condition, bathroom toiletries are Dove branded and smelt gorgeous. Beds were super comfy, air con worked, beds were tidied for us when we got back. We were given free water bottles too for 5 people when we requested it, when we would've had to pay. Right in the town centre, convenient to go shopping and go to a breakfast cafe round the corner to Hotel. Outside surrounding area is clean and presentable, and parking information was provided. Was able to park all day/overnight for only £5 at Sunniside Car Park. Would absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: I requested a free cancellation and it was not accepted, so that didn't leave me any choice but to stay at the hotel, as I didn't want my money going to waste. That was a little dissapointing as I had relatives home I could've stayed at, but hotel is worth the value if you're actively wanting to stay here.
