Clean room; friendly service. This is a comfortable hotel with everything you need.

Disliked: Parking was too expensive.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Lots if construction pool and restaurant closed. Elevators are sketchy, loads of sketchy characters hanging around the entrance. The room itself had a broken door it didn't lock just pushed open and the floor was dirty. When we informed the staff about the door they were very accomadaing and promptly moved us to a different room which was much cleaner and more secure. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for one out of 4 of us but we didn't use it.

Liked: Hotel was under construction and we were not even notified until we got there, pool was shut down and that was one of the reason we booked there for the kids and also there was no free breakfast because the dining area was under construction also and we did not receive any discount or compensation for it

Liked: The overall ambience.The location..accessible to all
Disliked: The floor carpet appeared old and dirty, which took away from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom sink was quite small, and the faucet seemed unsuitable for its size. Every time we used the sink, water would spill out, creating a lot of dripping and making the area messy.
