The place is nice the...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, They have dove products from lotion to shampoo body wash and conditioner!
Disliked: There was a mild smell in the room we couldn’t remove only if you add. The ac. The pool closes at 10pm not at midnight night!!! Elevator don’t work you wait a while for them to come to you. And the hallways there was no ac ! Very hot! There was mold growing in the bathroom as well on the ceiling ! The hotel was far from all the activity, breakfast not included .

Liked: Everything was absolutely amazing! Best oceanfront pool in Virginia Beach with an amazing bar right there at the pool! The atmosphere was superb & everybody was so friendly!
Disliked: Ice machine didn't work on my floor & the elevators were slow.

Liked: Location. Pools- when they were open. Oceanfront.
Disliked: Poor housekeeping. Couldn’t get our room vacuumed until our last day there. Room was for 6 people (booked for 5) - only 3 sets of towels left each day. Bathroom was only cleaned 1 time in 6 days & had 5 people using it ! Never replaced coffee pods, cups, ice bag, toilet paper. Had to keep asking for supplies & going to get them ourselves. Spackling on ceiling kept falling down on dressers, floors, beds, etc. Sliding door to patio was VERY hard to open & close: requested maintenance several times to clean dirt & mulch from track & lubricate same. We came back to room to find a can of WD-40 sitting on dresser & door still not functioning. Called once because we couldn’t get door closed & nobody ever did come- we finally were able to with help of 3 people. Air conditioning stopped working & someone did come & fix that after several hours. Pools were cloudy & dirty. Hot tub was closed down & we kept being told they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Had to wait to check in & again later as computers were down. Could only get 1 key at check-in because they ran out of same. Garbage laying around in bushes & grass. Paid for breakfast for 4 people at time of booking- hotel would only give us enough tickets for 2 people & therefore we had to pay for other 2 people each day at almost $17 a person.

Disliked: Front desk doesn't answer the phone. Broken fixtures as in toilet paper holder, sliding door handle and actual door throughout the room, with no urgency from service to fix them. Ice machines were broken on 4 out of 6 of the floors. Alerted the front desk in person but no action was taken. The railing on the balcony was pvc piping, not safe enough if small children were staying. Only 1 room key was given with a suite room of 4 adults. Hot tub amenitie was out of order the entire time. These listed were just within the first 4 hours of being in our room.Breakfest time! Need a seating for 2 and we were told to wait 10-15 minutes even though there were at least 5 tables open as my eyes could see but because the seating was for 5 or more we were not seated and told to wait. People of 2 can eat faster and allow for that table to turn over quicker than a family of 4+.Unfortunately, overall we will never stay at this hotel again. Nor will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The negatives surpassed the small positives. With the amount being paid to stay here, you'd expect more luxury and service.
