Liked: Clean and easy access to beach
Disliked: R sliding door to r balcony took 2 hands and all you had to open and close it. And hot tub was not working and didn’t see anyone working on it or trying to get it up and running.

Amazing, family oriented hotel!

Liked: Perfect location, within walking distance to multiple attractions. Super kids friendly hotel with SO many things for kids to do! There is a splash camp play room, a mini movie theater with popcorn that plays Disney movies, a pool with water falls, a pool with slides. My kids were in heaven!
Disliked: Extremely hard to communicate with staff as many did not speak or understand english. It made it quite difficult to obtain any information regarding facilities.

Liked: Multiple pools, kids loved the waterslides, bar on site, beach out the back door, mini movie theater.Staff were awesome, even when under stress
Disliked: Silly little things ...the hand soap should be closer to the sink instead of the lotion. Unless you totally turn your body, the TP is tricky to reach. We kept it on the shelf with the towels

Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: Great view and lots to do.
Disliked: The only things that could have been better were that the elevator makes a strange noise so it may need service. The pillows and blankets for the pull out couch were not present in the room so we had to request them. Everything else was very good.

Liked: That it was close to the beach , however ther wasn’t a ramp to get to the beach only steps so if your taking anything with wheels or are handicap it will be difficult you’ll have to go down a grass hill over to the side of the steps .
Disliked: The elevators take too long to arrive . We are talking 10 minutes of waiting for it to arrive we took the stairs a lot but coming up to the 7th floor after a long day at the beach isn’t easy .Next door room was getting new windows applied so there was banging and window installers early morning which was very very annoying and loud . They woke us up super early ! Also made the elevator situation even worse because they had to fit glass panels in the elevator. Not only are you sharing elevators with other guests ,the employees also take it with there bins of laundry and carts so there’s already a crazy demand then glass and window installers .The ac wasn’t working in our room . Body wash was empty so when they service the room I figured it would get filled but it didn’t only the shampoo did a tiny bit and it ran out as well . Breakfast , I paid extra for breakfast and it says kids are free , well we get there and they hand us vouched for adults only and says kids under 10 are free . Well I have a 13 year old and 15 year old so they aren’t free . So I paid extra for breakfast for the whole family but the whole family isn’t included . No where on booking does it say kids under 10 are only free .
