Severely Misleading Listing – Incorrect...

Disliked: The listing was completely misleading. I specifically booked the Queen Suite with Ocean View because it said it included 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, the hotel told me that such a room type doesn’t even exist in their property. I was given a 1-bedroom suite, which was not suitable for my family of 5. On top of that, I paid extra for “breakfast included”, expecting it to cover all guests, but the hotel informed me it only applies to 2 adults and I had to pay extra for my children. The hotel claimed they’ve told Booking.com many times about these errors, but nothing was corrected. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing.

Liked: Beach view, close walking to the beach, clean and well kept, pool nice, indoor/outdoor pool for kids, hot tub. Loved the space in our room. Loved the coffee pot, microwave and fridge being available. Loved the board walk. Loved the quiet side of the area.
Disliked: No bar available for drinks. No available restaurant on site for food during the day. We don’t always want to have to leave. The breakfast buffet has limited short hours and ran out of food early. the only restaurant was in the evening is fancy. Rooms just a little outdated.

Liked: We did not check in & complete our stay because once we arrived from NC we learned the pool was closed. Seemed clean, near shops & food
Disliked: The pool was closed. Maybe the hotel should send out an email letting guests that will be arriving when the pool/hot tubs are closed. We drove 4 hours & chose this hotel because of the pool only to arrive to find out it’s closed. Leading me to have to make another reservation
