Loved our stay

Liked: Very clean and beautiful

Very poor

Liked: The location of the hotel and that's about it.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty, there was not enough linens, the bathroom was disgusting, the kitchenette had not one utensil in it, I paid for a complimentary breakfast and got nothing and was not informed of this when I paid for it.

Not worth the price!

Liked: It was not worth the price. Everything was mediocre at best. The food for the breakfast was utterly disgusting and we could not eat it. The dining area was filthy. Everything was a bit run down and felt like a cheap hotel. It was not worth the price.
Disliked: Not clean, cheap, bad food, too expensive, jets were broken in the jacuzzi, it felt run down.

Disliked: When I got to the airport at 4 am, despite me having called to confirm my reservation and late arrival, I was told that I had no reservation. Syracuse was completely booked and I had to sleep in the airport.

Overnight stay

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the restaurant was good and the food tasty.
Disliked: The room was somewhat dated and the carpeting is old.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the people working there, Jen, Chris and Jarred. What great friendly people. Made us feel welcomed every morning.
Disliked: The shower curtain needed to be bigger. There was water on the floor after every shower.

Liked: The location was perfect. About 5 minutes from the mall where there is plenty to eat. This is my 3rd time visiting Syracuse & this was my best stay
Disliked: I didn’t like that they ran out of towels. Three were taken out of my room & replaced with only 1. When I asked for more, I was told that they were in the washer. I also didn’t like there were no hooks to hang towels. Deep cleaning may be necessary. Behind the beds were pretty nasty looking
