You really couldn’t fault the...

Liked: Fabulous location and amazing reception staff
Disliked: The cleanliness was appalling. There was blood on the duvet, and everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. It’s clear that previous feedback about cleanliness has been ignored, and no thorough cleaning routine has been put in place. Very disappointing overall.

There was a kitchenette, but...

Liked: The location was good, close to transport and shops. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The garage was quite tight quite in some spaces. No toaster in the kitchenette.
