Liked: South is nice and helpful.
Disliked: That I thought that my breakfast was included in my reservation. I'm from Kansas and when you stay at the Holiday Inn, if you get breakfast for free with your reservation regardless.

Liked: Customer service
Disliked: Room had no refrigerator. Paid 170 to have no free breakfast or laundry. Was locked out of my room frequently due to consistently bad room keys. Location was awful. Watched several arrests at the place across the street. Not a safe neighborhood. Hated my experience.
