Great place to stay and...

Liked: Great room and comfortable beds . Attentive staff. Clean pool
Disliked: The breakfast set up was not kid friendly . Glass plates and glass orange juice glasses . Had to ask for cups for the kids and never got them . The food was great but it was not child friendly to get the food

Liked: Hotel was fine but check in took far too long. Thought price was high for a Thursday.

Disappointed.

Liked: We were disappointed to learn in the morning that breakfast was extra. We won’t stay there again.

Very poor

Liked: the room size of the suite.
Disliked: didn't get checked in until 2.5hrs later due to our room not being ready was given complimentary breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, breakfast was not good food was cold. no linens in room for the hide-a-bed took an hour to receive linens, even went to the front desk twice and asked housekeeping directly. Bathroom in pool/work out area smelled of urine.

It was AWESOME.
