Front Desk and Office Staff...

Liked: no free breakfast, elevator stank, front desk rude, no towels for pool
Disliked: Was billed for not checking in but did check in. Called front desk for extra non- check in charge and they still said I didnt check in.... how did I get my key to my room then ? You call and wow get hungup on and given a fake email for management.
