Check according to your info - 3:00 rooms weren't ready. They said they would call us when our room was ready - never received a call. The next morning - no hot water. Continental Breakfast is normally free - your's $8.00+. Resort fee which we didn't even use. Charge of $25.00 on card before we even got to the room. They are suppose to credit our account.

Liked: My wife and I stood for one night everything was good with the property and room. My only problem was that I was charged a separate fee of 95 dollars without any explanation why. Talk to the people at the hotel and got no result, got in touch with booking.com at first I got the run around but eventually they sent me a email that I will get my money back but still no explanation on why it was charged in the first place! Luckily I check my account daily and I notice. P.S. I still haven’t get my money back!!

Clean old building.

Liked: Location and cleanliness. But hotel is dated and shows it's age. There are better deals in the area. We probably will choose another hotel next visit. And the free breakfast was $17. Way too much for us so we left early.
Disliked: Old building. Dull decoration in rooms. Missing flash or just a couple of nice pictures would work.

Disliked: No continental breakfast. 16.99 buffet per person I've never stayed at a holiday in that didn't have a continental breakfast. I will not stay here again

Liked: Friendly stuff, clean room when entrance first time, safe inside the hotel, varied breakfast daily
Disliked: Slow service, for example I hang the cleaning request card on the door from outside and left the room at early morning when I got back, the room was not clean. Second day, I call the housekeeping and they promised to clean my room+ I hung on the cleaning card on the door, but when I got back at evening I found my room was not cleaned. Third time I talked with the reception face to face and they promised to ensure my room would be clean when I back, but also this day my room not cleaned. The day after which was last night for me, I did not ask for clean but when I came back my room I found it cleaned. Although it was cleaned, it was not fully cleaned. The bathroom cleaned greatly but the room not. Bed still not arranged, tables dirty and not wiped off, no new coffee cups.
