Unfriendly customer service. They tried...

Liked: Most hotels in the USA are similar. The only minor differences are in service and customer service. This hotel has a lot to learn in this area. Pay attention to the fine print in the terms and conditions. It states that if you book with the free breakfast option, you only get it for two people. If the group is larger, you have to pay extra. At least, they try to. The result is a heated discussion at check-in with a completely unfriendly manager. This experience leaves little positive to say about this hotel. BEWARE OF BOOKING HERE. THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO INCREASE THE BILL. NOT OKAY.
Disliked: I explicitly booked a room for 5 people including breakfast. This was also confirmed by booking.com. However, upon check-in, I received a voucher for the breakfast buffet for 2 people. I had to pay extra for the other 3 people. Only after a heated discussion did I finally receive a voucher for everyone. Very annoying! Breakfast was fine, by the way. But the discussion about it left a very bitter aftertaste.The same applies, in my opinion, to parking. The hotel charges $18 excluding tax. However, the hotel is not located in a busy (city center) area. Free parking is available in nearby shopping centers.Furthermore, you book for 5, but the sofa bed isn't made up, and you then have to find enough towels.No, I do not recommend this hotel. We don't understand the many positive reviews at all.
