Amazing!

Liked: the room was big and clean! Housekeeping came in everyday even our bedding was changed after the 3rd day.Breakfast was amazing always toped up and hot! breakfast staff worked very hard and always with a smile! we could not fault this hotel and would defo stay again.
Disliked: nothing!

Exceptional

Liked: Nice hotel and overall service.
Disliked: The noise at 7am . We were on the second floor and a group of people were talking loudly outside around the window.

Truly disappointing

Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: Very embarrassing. I prepaid and they did not have confirmation even though I showed receipt and credit card statement. Waited a whole 2 hours and had to pay with another form of payment

Liked: We visit family when we stay here.Have been coming back since 2022 every year Breakfast excellent, we love seeing Anna , she gives exceptional customer Service , makes us feel like Family ! Always brings us our special made eggs and oatmeal .Will definetly be back !!

Liked: Everything was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent.Special thanks to the restaurant staff; they were incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with a big smile and going above and beyond to offer more than we needed. The breakfast was a highlight; fresh, varied, and my kids enjoyed it a lot!Can't forget Ahmad at the reception was amazing, helpful, and always there to make things easier.
Disliked: The laundry area only has one washer and one dryer, which made it quite time-consuming and inconvenient when we had multiple loads to do. It would be much better if more machines were available.
