Disliked: Um anytime my boyfriend and I come the staff gives us stares up and down not exactly sure it made both of us very uncomfortable Hr needs to work on the staff more how to treat customers properly I feel like we are in 2025 nobody should be disrespectful toward different backgrounds and different cultures i spoke to the management they deny it all they said we not racist I guess they need to be taught that my boyfriend and I we were there we saw the looks and their attitude i don't know what else to call it all I can say is good luck to the company and they need to change their behavior towards customers. Or they won't last long .

Amazing!

Liked: the room was big and clean! Housekeeping came in everyday even our bedding was changed after the 3rd day.Breakfast was amazing always toped up and hot! breakfast staff worked very hard and always with a smile! we could not fault this hotel and would defo stay again.
Disliked: nothing!

Liked: Nice hotel and overall service.
Disliked: The noise at 7am . We were on the second floor and a group of people were talking loudly outside around the window.

Truly disappointing

Disliked: Very embarrassing. I prepaid and they did not have confirmation even though I showed receipt and credit card statement. Waited a whole 2 hours and had to pay with another form of payment

Liked: We visit family when we stay here.Have been coming back since 2022 every year Breakfast excellent, we love seeing Anna , she gives exceptional customer Service , makes us feel like Family ! Always brings us our special made eggs and oatmeal .Will definetly be back !!
