I feel like we were...

Liked: The breakfast was ok...staff was great. Went down early to get breakfast because we had a long drive ahead of us only to find out that we needed a voucher for breakfast which we should have been given when we checked in. By the time we got our vouchers there was a long line and we were delayed.
Disliked: I reserved 3 rooms...2 with king beds 1 with 2 queen beds as we were traveling with 7 people. Upon arrival I was told that we were getting 3 rooms with 2 queen beds because that was all that was available. When I booked... those rooms were still available. You gave someone else our rooms but still charged me for the king rooms

Liked: Room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our safe wasn't working when we arrived but it was fixed promptly. We appreciated getting a free drink at happy hour at the bar for being a resident.
Disliked: You had to ask to have your room cleaned so we asked half way through our trip for ours to be attended to. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned which left us short for additional toilet roll, tissues and hand soap. I would have expected better service for the price.
