Not a bad hotel for...
Liked: Good location. Comfortable beds. Wifi worked great. The rooms are clean. Good sound insulation.

Pleasant
Liked: Location was good for what we were there for. Our room was spacious.
Disliked: 4 of us reserved the room for 2 nights and there were 3 towels in the bathroom. That attention to detail would make a very expensive stay out of town more bearable. The girl came to clean our room early. I told her we were almost done. She never came back. My husband had to go down to the lobby to find towels so we could shower. $600 for 2 nights off season in Marlborough MA was unreasonable.

Liked: The room and bathroom were nice and clean, but the free wifi was slow and the complementary breakfast was disappointing.

I will never return to this hotel again, and I do not recommend anyone to pay first, imagine traveling for 5 hours just
Liked: I stayed twice in this accommodation, the first time I had no problems, but the second time I decided that I will never return to this hotel.
Disliked: I made my reservation on Wednesday for Saturday. I paid in advance, I drove for 5 hours, when I arrived at the hotel, they simply said they didn't have my reservation. Summary: they rented my room to another customer, and they didn't care about me. I had to look for another hotel in the city at 11pm, and paying a lot for it, when I called to solve it on the website, they didn't want to charge me, and they didn't care about my situation.

I will never return to...

Liked: Not a hole lot
Disliked: The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. The bathroom did not have bars on the wall by the toilet and I not sure how they expected someone in a wheelchair to climb into a bath tub and stand to take a shower. Breakfast was not included.
