Liked: Very clean. At first glance everything was great.
Disliked: There was no information in the room about how things worked. There is no direct connection on phone to front desk. Spent quite awhile trying to figure things out. Thermostat was temperamental. room darkening shade not dark enough. Blanket way too heavy. Only one face cloth. Coffeemate only choice. Huge gap under door. Had to use bath towels on floor to block the light. No bananas on the breakfast buffet. Train tracks are close by. Woke me up as soon as I finally fell asleep. No late check out when I inquired in the am. Was told all were already booked. I would have asked the night before if I could have reached the front desk by phone.
