Liked: I loved everything from the hot tub to breakfast to the restaurant at the hotel. The employees were awesome.
Disliked: No

Exceptional

A comfortable 2 night stay...

Liked: I WAS very comfortable, tho the tv remote didn't work, but I don't watch television. I am coming back for a 3rd visit in June!!The FRONT DEST people ARE very NICE upon arrival and departure.
Disliked: Cannot think of a thing to be honest.

Liked: Certainly not the value for money. It was not up to the mark as compared to other Holiday inn properties we have stayed into.
Disliked: Room below par, I have never seen a room like that, weird shape, Lot of noise from the guests even during the midnight, not as clean comparing to other Holiday Inn hotels. The breakfast was not good, were bringing for everyone separately. Only 3-4 items.

Liked: Location to where I needed to be
Disliked: Room had a large hole in the wall in the bathroom, missing corner board next to the bed so you could see the old paint on the wall, I really booked for the spa/pool it was closed the entire time and finally opened the minute we were leaving.

I would not hesitate to...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent quality.
Disliked: I don't care for down or faux down pillows, but other than that everything was good.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room
Disliked: The checkin staff was great but the night time staff at the counter wasnt too friendly. She was irritated when we asked her one simple question,where do we return the trays, plates and utensils that was delivered to our room?
