Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are firm. Personally, I prefer a softer bed. The sauna wasn't working but that's ok. I used the hot tub, no jets except circulating ones for the chlorine and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet was an additional price if you don't stay there. It's a comprehensive buffet not just Continental. It's across from the airport. It's the reason I stay but only a personal preference, I'd love a softer bed.

Disliked: When we made the reservation, we were under the impression we had complimentary breakfast included, but when we checked in, it was really only 2 of the 5 in our party that got complimentary breakfast. They expected that everyone else pay extra. This was not made clear in the reservation.
