Disliked: Our stay was awful! The carpet was soaking wet. The bed sheets felt damp from so much moisture in the room. When I called to complain they just said they could give me back my $12 for my parking pass (which I've never had to pay to park at a hotel where I paid to stay!). Oh they did offer us a free breakfast too. After a night of NO SLEEP breakfast was OK. I would never stay here again!

Disliked: Only one lift working so slow

Adequate room, but great location...

Liked: The food in the dining area was very good. All the staff were helpful. Bed was comfy. I liked that there were some comfortable chairs for sitting and reading. The location is ideal for the airport and I appreciated the shuttle.
Disliked: The room definitely had seen better days. On the whole, the room was adequate.

Overnight stay

Liked: The property is close to the airport.
Disliked: I didn’t like that it wasn’t made clear that a 150.00 deposit was required and that left me almost with no place to stay if I had not had a friend to help me with the deposit. PLEASE MAKE THIS CLEAR WHEN BOOKING. It was very embarrassing and frustrating. It makes me not want to comeback because I don’t like the unknown stuff. I would have been prepared if I had just known. I was not the only person to not know.

Great location for a quick...

Liked: I loved the location of this property and the quick shuttle service to and from the airport. Literally a 5 minute ride!!
Disliked: I didn’t like the $150 incidental fee that’s charged for booking through 3rd party sites. I feel as though Booking.com should make people aware of this beforehand. I also didn’t like that although they’re suites, there’s no microwave in room.

Liked: Always clean and comfortable. Great staff.
Disliked: No issues.

Disappointing

Liked: The location for us was great, we are repeat customers
Disliked: The pool was dirty ! The noise of the kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors was awful it took staff several calls to get security to the second floor and me going in the hallway several times threatening to call the police !
