Very poor

Disliked: Cleanliness of the room and updated amenities

Disliked: I got charged $150.00 extrafrom my credit card and I am very upset!!!!The man at the front desk was Rude.. no customer service at all..

Exceptional

Was a decent stay for...

Liked: Was an overall decent stay. Pool was clean although the slide was not open during our stay- the pool was still enjoyable! Easy location right off of the highway, plenty of restaurants and things to do near the property. Decent customer service, particularly in the morning!
Disliked: Was decently clean but definitely could have been better (finger print smudges, grime, dried snot on the shower curtain, dust on the bed skirt and in between the bed and bed side table- could certainly tell it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while). Beds were not comfortable, soft- almost too soft but that’s mostly personal preference! Power shut off in our room a few hours after check in and was told that we shouldn’t have too much plugged in at once because the property is older and ultimately was moved to another room because we weren’t able to fix it, which staff was very helpful in that situation! Was grateful that we had a safe place to stay but personally don’t know if I would want to stay here again.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The entire reason I booked the hotel was the water slide. The price was still expensive and we still had to pay for breakfast. When an amenity is down like that, the customer should at least be given a discount on the room or a free breakfast. Bullshit.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: Our shower drain didn’t seem to be draining properly. There was only one working elevator out of the two that were there. It’s been down for quite a while. Also, my kids were looking forward to the water slide that is advertised. Only to find out that it’s still closed since the last time we visited in the fall of 2024. A bit disappointing.

Need to get elevator fixed...

Liked: I liked the location and that it was clean for the most part aside from funny smelling sheets. The general manager, I think her name was Michelle, was very friendly.
Disliked: There is only one operating elevator for the entire hotel. It takes forever to get to the rooms. Our shower drain was clogged and did not drain well. The bedding smelled mildew-y. Our room was only supplied with 2 large towels. The price of the room was too high for the lack of urgency to get the elevator fixed. We’ve been staying at this location for years and there’s only been one working elevator for at least a year or more.
