Liked: Rooms was big and a lot of space in our suit that sleeps 10 people. Right across the street to universal
Disliked: First room given to us floors was wet due to AC leak, to take a shower in hot or warm water had to wait at least 5mins or more for it to warm up.

Liked: The property was very nice. Parking was good. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The soap in the bathroom was very small. The hair dryer was small and cheap and the beds were definitely not two queen beds. They were full very small and uncomfortable.

My second time staying here...

Liked: Close to Universal!
Disliked: No microwave

Staff saved the day

Liked: Location, staff, spacious, but number 1 will be the staff. The Staff was so good that all the negatives kinda ended up not existing
Disliked: The a/c was not cooling 100%, maybe like 80% power, same for the fridge. Staff was super nice to fix the a/c, and explained the issue with the fridge. Also the water pressure was somewhat low

Liked: Nothing this was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel.
Disliked: Bad smell, carpet was a mess in the hall that you could fall, the beds were small for 4 people that could not fit, window curtains had some tears, the bathroom was small and had no shampoo or conditioner there were all so parts broken in the bathroom, barely any connections for your electronics. I don’t recommend this hotel to any one. Had the worst experience with my daughters here.

Disliked: The hotel had no service, no bar, no restaurant, practically no drinking water, you can get unless you have cash because it is the only thing that the sales machines accept. ... Repair the hotel with parking included but apparently it does not work well and I had to pay for that service again.

Disliked: It was not what we were expecting! Highly disappointed and won’t be back, the was rude when we got there and our ac didn’t work in own your. It would turn on and off all not and sometimes work
