Good distance from Universal but...

Disliked: There was hair on big towel.Housekeeling agent came by at 9:30 in the morning and rushed us to check out where we were planning to leave at 10:50 AM.

Liked: Location walking distance to Universal.
Disliked: Friday Night : False fire alarm in the middle of the night. I believe it was 3am. And then maintenance staff started to drill and do some renovation work in the room next door at 7am on a Saturday… didn’t sleep much. Saturday Night :The walls are so thin that I could hear the people from the room next door talking until 3:00am. Didn’t sleep much either. Manager said they will give us a substantial refund, and at check-out they told us that the refund will be 1/3 of what we were told and we should talk to Booking.com about it.

Liked: Its location was nice. Within walking distance of Universal
Disliked: Toilet ran the entire time we were there. The door latch on the door was broken. The bedroom door in our suite was broken and we were unable to close it for privacy. The TGI Fridays attached to the hotel was convenient, however the food was terrible and horribly overpriced. Even with kids eating for free it wasn’t worth eating there more than once.

Liked: Very nicely and staff was nice
Disliked: It needs a better path to get to park ! It’s right there. But your walking path is not good. Transportation was fine but if you wanted to leave earlier and just walk home because you assumed it was like a five or 10 minute walk in the heat, don’t fool yourself. It’s a lot longer than that.
