Liked: Friendly staff, clean, spacious room and good breakfast
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: Room facilities were good and liked that there was an ironing board and iron in the room.

Poor

Liked: The swimming pool
Disliked: Noisy bedrooms, staff were unhelpful, lots of cobwebs with spiders in my room, the 'fitness centre' was just a load of broken equipment crammed into a room.

Very good

Disliked: I really do appreciate the cot, for sure. But a mattress would really be great as the little one wakes up a lot and surely the neighbours can hear! I’ve asked but I don’t think you have any there.

Superb

Liked: It was all great - except for being woken at 7.45am by incredibly loud, giant lawn mower noise, which eventually went up and down outside the window!!
Disliked: The rude awakening described above!

Value for money in a...

Liked: Location is excellent, particularly for the M6 and Newcastle itself. The breakfast was varied and hearty and staff were approachable and friendly.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like though I was only there for a very short while.

Pleasant

Liked: Check in easy, and location. Easy, ample parking
Disliked: No coffee satchets in roomQuiet room requested a long way away

A fairly run-down establishment.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfy. Location is really handy.
Disliked: Wifi was rubbish - ok near to reception but almost none existant elsewhere. Decor is shabby and needs some updating.

Disliked: pillows were extremely uncomfortable making us feel uncomfortable and not being able to sleep at all
