It exceeded expectations

Liked: The extremely warm welcome and complimentary drink. The breakfast, the friendly staff, the location. The fact that the hotel was pet friendly, something we will bear in mind when next travelling with our dog. Nice hot shower. Tea & coffee facilities in room and air con.The fact it gave us good access to the M6 in the morning.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but husband slept well.
