Liked: Location, pool and sauna
Disliked: The hotel is very tired looking, glasses bottles etc left in corridors. Hotel not too clean either. Very slow in getting served in the restaurant, needs a new menu

Disliked: Very Disappointing Stay – Never Again !!!Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms did not match the photos or descriptions on Booking.com (for example, each room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but none did). When we pointed this out, the staff arrogantly replied that they “use general photos to attract people” and that the rooms are not actually like the pictures. Completely misleading and unacceptable.Upon arrival, we also discovered that the swimming pool was out of order – once again we were told in a very unfriendly way that we were simply “out of luck.”The worst experience was at the bar. One employee (a tall man with dark, greasy, and unkempt hair wearing a dark grey shirt, who refused to give his name) behaved with extreme rudeness. At 00:50 he shouted at us that we had 15 minutes to “disappear” into our rooms, refused to serve us further, and closed the bar – even though it is advertised as being open 24 hours.We came for a major event and had over 20 rooms booked. We have been loyal Holiday Inn customers for years, but we have never experienced such arrogance, unfriendliness, and unprofessional behaviour.Next year we will return to the area for the same event – but we will stay well away from this hotel. A true disgrace to the Holiday Inn brand !!!!
