Short and sweet

Liked: Staff on reception were so friendly and helpful The bed was so comfortable I slept so well which is so unusual for me in a hotel
Disliked: The shower/bath really could do with updating

Liked: Wellmannered and helpful staff.
Disliked: Confusion re public parking. 2 Holiday Inns in close proximity! Dinner was satisfactory apart from the miniscule portion of cheesecake.Priced at 7.95, it was a mere sliver. I should have rejected it instantly. Complained to serving staff and reception the next day.

Liked: Very nice executive suite
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t of good standard . The minute car park charged £12 and the car park across the road was £7 this is very unfair pricing

Liked: Staff lovely. VIP kids a great touch
Disliked: Not enough parking on site. Over the road doesn’t seem secure. Bedrooms need updatingBeds hard and uncomfortable Bathroom ceiling damp and painted over. Needs a deep clean and refurb in bath/shower facilities Breakfast poor. Raw sausage. No natural yoghurt. Coffee poor
