Lovely reception staff but poor...

Liked: Car parking was reasonable price and the reception staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights we arrived late on the first night and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sank in the middle which meant we both rolled into the middle and got very little sleep and had back ache in the morning. We told the staff and the next day they moved us to another room and the mattress was fine on our second night. The self service breakfast was disappointing on both days. Most of the items had gone with 45minutes left of service and were not replenished. If you want a full English don't leave it until the last hour as you are left with very little choice.

Liked: The staff were all brilliant, smiles all round which is very unusual in a chain hotel. Breakfast was also lovely
Disliked: Rooms are very small. Would've been nice to have a little more room. Parking is very expensive.
