Liked: Lucky enough to get parking on site this is important to us as both have problems Room comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast this was our 3rd year stay and every year I have expressed the same problem the breakfast is cold.I would get what I wanted by the time you sit down the food is at the best warm Plates need to be hot. The food stations with the food show no heat at allYou need to see some heat coming from the food.The bacon is tough because its cold.All other hotels I stayed in do not have this problem food is fresh and hot.I heard many people say this about the breakfast and also they can't be bothered to complain. You don't have to complain use the reviews otherwise the hotel will.not know.We had 2 evening meals at the hotel out of 3 nights.The difference is 10 out of 10 food delicious and very HOT So why are the breakfast cold bacon tough sausage just warm should be cooked more eggs cold and hard I actually asked for new ones to be brought out. Who wants a cold and hard egg. 3rd morning toaster not working. Bought to slices from somewhere when I had actually finished mark 2 out of 10.Please sort this out a lot if people use the breakfast as an important meal to start the day
