Holiday Inn St. Petersburg West By IHG

The place was very clean and accommodating. We weren't at the hotel for long but it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel.

Liked: Great location and awesome pool
Disliked: We waited for over 25 mins at the front desk to check-in. There NO LINE. There was simply NO STAFF member available at the desk. Followed by our initial room had a plumbing issue with the tub. It was clogged and when I notified front desk it took over an hour for maintenace to come to address it which held up our holiday plans. We were moved to another room, which had an operable tub and toilet however, the tub was filthy! As if, it was just used.

Liked: Customer Service was excellent!
Disliked: Carpet in the room need replaced, it was torn and the inside bathroom door at the bottom was scratched/torn ( it appeared someone may have had a dog.) The relaxing chair need replaced, had to put a blanket over it to sit in because it looked stained.
