Liked: The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, pool is amazing. Is the best hotel we have stayed at so far in the area.
Disliked: The first night we were there out of 4 our kids had a room and we had a room. Somehow another customer was given the same room key to our kids room where they came in the room. We were able to switch the kids room for the remainder of the stay.However wasn't the best way to start the vacation.They weren't sure how that happened but still was a rough start to the beginning of our vacation.Also having to pay per person for breakfast. You're already spending money on the room, and even though we said 4 were in one room for the time there, they only give you 6 breakfast cards for the room, then you can charge the room for the remaining days at $8.99 each person

Liked: Looked nice from outside. Location. Previous ratings
Disliked: Old bedding, towels, etc. dark, dingy. Paid through booking.com, they couldn’t find my payment. The clerks not helpful gave me expedias number to call. Wanted to charge me again. Had receipt with me. Finally another person found it didn’t cross to their system. Had requested rooms together and early checkin they said they didn’t get message nor respond. Clerk finally changed room to get closer. Geez
