The Arch Convention Hotel

Needs major improvements to facility.

Liked: Service was excellent, especially the cleaning ladies.
Disliked: Shower curtain was falling from walls (maintenance had to come). Vanity sink drain was leaking onto the floor every time the water was turned on (maintenance had to come). The ironing board would not stay upright (maintenance had to come). There was an extension cord strung across the room to power the light near the chair.

Liked: There was a bed
Disliked: No extra amenities - no breakfast, parking was expensive, booking.com said $20.00 a night, paid 150.00 due to city parking fees

Liked: Ummm I can't really say that I liked anything except for the help from one of the janitors that helped clean up glass from our car that got broke into and they had tried to steal it
Disliked: Quiet time needs to be ENFORCED. i heard doors slamming at all hours of the night which scared my 5yr old daughter several times. There was so much chlorine in the pool it burned my eyes. The water was extremely cloudy. Im sure if that water was tested the pool would be shut down. We stayed on the 4th floor got assigned to room 421.....it was filthy. dirty kleenex on bathroom counter trash and food on floor in main area we did get moved to room 425 which was better. The whole 4th floor stunk like Marijuana. We had children with us and its supposed to be a SMOKE FREE HOTEL WE WILL NOT RETURN AND DEFINITELY WONT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE

Disliked: Everything was under construction, place should have been closed..

With the location and price...

Liked: Decent location for the baseball game.
Disliked: We had kids banging on doors and running the hallways starting at 5:45 AM and I reported it. There was a worker who said he had received many complaints but he was the only one working and couldn’t do anything about it. It continued until 7:25 when we finally decided to just get up and leave. Was not pleasant at all.

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to be an easy access
Disliked: When I arrived, they did not have my reservation. They said, since I booked it when it was under Holiday Inn convention center and they have changed your name to the Arch convention center. They do not have my reservation nor my payment that I have made in January 23 of this year so I had to pay again 162.54 for this time which I had already paid 162.53 due back in January 23 2025.

Liked: Down town and not too pricy
Disliked: Pool needs cleaned and property is a little hidden

It’s was an ok stay,...

Liked: Location was nice for getting around downtown, room layout was amazing, hotel was furnished well.
Disliked: Lacked parking, had to pay to park in an open lot half a block away. Even though the room was nice it lacked proper maintenance, AC had a hard time keeping up, toilet ran constantly and made screaming noise when flushed. There was a restaurant but was closed for the month of august, and make sure to leave at least five minutes early for anything that involves you having to use the elevators, they are very slow and don’t seem like they have ever been updated, some of the buttons do not light up and others have the numbers drawn onto them and they are very slow
