The Arch Convention Hotel

Needs major improvements to facility.

Liked: Service was excellent, especially the cleaning ladies.
Disliked: Shower curtain was falling from walls (maintenance had to come). Vanity sink drain was leaking onto the floor every time the water was turned on (maintenance had to come). The ironing board would not stay upright (maintenance had to come). There was an extension cord strung across the room to power the light near the chair.

It was amazing

Liked: Booking messed up the dates on my stay. The lady that checked me in was the manager was amazing. She helped me out and made sure I could get a room and was the nicest kind sweet lady. I couldn't of asked for more after a long day of driving and just didn't want to go anywhere else. And she made it possible for me. I can't thank her enough for that.I would differently come back because of her.

Not in good upkeep.Won’t book...

Disliked: My room wasn’t clean. Found roaches in the fridge and bathroom. Couldn’t find staff when I went downstairs. Also no staff at checkout to let them know. Bed didn’t feel clean either.

Not very pleasing.

Liked: Near the downtown area
Disliked: The property was very gross. They have a ton of things that are false advertised. The pool was extremely dirty. Black mold growing on the shower curtains. Bathroom appeared to have smeared feces on and around the toilet. Asked for a different room and because I booked on booking I was denied.

Will definitely stay there again

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff was nice
Disliked: There was no breakfast or coffee, the pool was very small and the gate was broken. Our AC was out and had to switch rooms

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The restaurant is closed due to renovation, which I did not know until we checked in. I checked the website earlier in the week and everything look like we could have our meals right in the hotel not happy about this.
Disliked: The surrounding area look like a battleground I did not want to walk outside the facility after dark did not feel safe
