Holiday Inn St. Louis Airport West Earth City by IHG

I stayed for 2 nights. The motel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Liked: The motel was very clean and nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful if I needed something.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Location to my family in town was only 7 min from their home.
Disliked: There was a crack in the shower floor, and no one seemed to think it was a big deal. The bed was way too soft. We were woken up at 2 a.m. because a group of people were partying down the hall from us and were partying in the hall. This is not the Holiday Inn I am used to staying at. I will think twice before staying at one.

Couple years ago I came...

Liked: The lady was very nice at the bar and made wonderful drinks.
Disliked: It wasn't clean on mirror's lobbies elevators even room, also had to take shower with sandles on.When I went up to the room the door was open couldn't lock door from inside or when we left and come back the door was hard to open,the door was kicked in before.
