Would not recommend.

Liked: Beds were reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: The whole building is in need of a freshening up. The stairwell really smelled unpleasant, the carpet/shower/entire room was not cleaned well (no towels, mold in shower, and several soap and shampoo dispensers were empty), the front desk was unremarkable and uninviting, the hotel was obviously understaffed (couldn’t get towels until someone came back from a break, at around 7pm), front desk had one person who was steadily answering questions from guests … yet a one night costs is comparable to other hotels.

Disliked: Carpets on the floor. I have dust allergy so it makes me feel like the room is never clean. I try to stay where renovations have been done to remove carpets

Disliked: There was a balcony, and although the sign said t was accessible - it was not. The door stuck.

Liked: I appreciated the breakfast was at the in house restaurant. Not a continental breakfast.
Disliked: Lots of walking to get to my room. Maybe if the staff had mentioned to me where I could park that I would be closer to my room it would have been excellent. But not that expect that.
